Pastor Barbara Williams
Pastor Barbara Williams was born and raised in Columbus, GA. She attended a Junior college on a basketball scholarship before entering the U. S. Army in 1990 where she served eight years. While on military assignment in Germany in 1992, she became a part of Jesus World Outreach Center in Heilbron, Germany (which is now located in Heidelberg, Germany). It was under the Spirit-filled leadership of Apostles Elisha and Phyllis Lawson where she received her call into the ministry. However, it wasn’t until 1995 that she stepped into her call and began teaching the Word of God. Pastor Barbara Williams supported her husband as he founded the Fayetteville, NC branch of Jesus World Outreach Center, Inc. and began holding services on September 7, 1997. Pastor Barbara Williams left a career as a Real Estate Broker to become full time in the ministry with her husband. She has a Bachelor degree in Bible, Master in Theology and Doctor in Christian Counseling from Great Commission Bible College and Seminary. She is also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Fayetteville State University. She is founder and overseer of a ministry for women called Women Of the Word. She also travels nationally and internationally proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ at various conferences. She has been married to Pastor Jake Williams Jr. since 1995; together they have five children.
Pastor Jake Williams Jr. was born and raised in Seale, AL. He graduated high school in 1975, and joined the military in 1976 where he served 22 years in the U.S. Army before retiring in 1998. Upon retiring, Pastor Williams, as an entrepreneur, opened a computer retail store and ran it very successfully for three years. This, along with the leading and guidance of the Holy Spirit, gave him the skills and knowledge for management in the ministry. Pastor Williams received his called into the ministry in 1989 in Jesus World Outreach Center in Heilbron, Germany (which is now located in Heidelberg, Germany). In September 1997, he founded the Fayetteville, NC branch of Jesus World Outreach Center, Inc. under the Spirit-filled leadership of Apostles Elisha and Phyllis Lawson with the full support of his wife and children. Pastor Williams sold his very prosperous business to serve in the ministry full time in October 2001. He has an Associate degree in General Education from Fayetteville Technical Community College, Bachelor in Bible, Master in Theology and Doctor in Christian Education from Great Commission Bible College and Seminary. May 2006 Pastor Williams received his Private Pilot License from Dillon’s Aviation Flight School. He is founder and overseer of a ministry for men called Men of Integrity where he teaches men to become men of integrity enabling them to take back their rightful places as men, husbands, and fathers in the home. He has a sincere heart for helping people and making them disciples of Jesus Christ. Pastor Williams is a radical mighty man of God who travels nationally and internationally teaching the uncompromising Word of God. He has been married to Pastor Barbara Williams since 1995; together they have five children.
